Salisbury, NC – Race Engineering teams up with the Carolina Cup Pro Series to mark the first Race Engineering series sponsorship. This opportunity offers support for an already credible, popular racing series as well as adding new energy to this great organization.

As part of the sponsorship, Race Engineering will be giving away a $100 voucher at each Carolina Cup race. Each class winner will be put into a hat and one will be chosen at random at the winner’s circle or podium. Double Carolina Cup weekends means a double chance of winning. Along with the give away we will have a new trophy for the series, the Race Engineering Championship Cup. This Championship Cup will also be at each race event. After each race the overall winner will have a name plaque added to the Cup and at the end of the 2017 season, the driver with the most overall wins will be presented with this trophy.

About Carolina Cup Pro Series
The Carolina Cup Pro Series (CCPS) is a regional automobile racing series based in the southeastern United States. The series is designed to promote fun, hassle free racing with a professional atmosphere. CCPS is a points-based, team series, with cash awards for top finishers in each race and a cumulative cash prize for the overall points winner at the end the season.CCPS races are all 45 minutes in length with a mandatory 2 minute pit-stop. Many teams opt to run one driver per race, however rules allow for a driver swap allowing more drivers to participate and gain valuable seat time.
