RACE ENGINEERING ANNOUNCES 2011 ROOKIE OF THE YEAR

Race Engineering is proud to announce that the 2011 Race Engineering Rookie of the Year has been awarded to Charlie Hayes! Charlie began racing in 2011 and has managed to turn heads already! With earning respectable points by the end of the season, Charlie sets the bar even higher for 2012. Charlie plans on chasing a NASA National Championship and also plans on competing in the Teen Mazda Challenge. We’re proud to have him represent Race Engineering on and off the track.

As a reward for winning the Race Engineering 2011 Rookie of the Year award, Charlie will receive a fully prepped Race Engineering motor and the support to go along with it. He will also be offered driver coaching and set up help throughout the year. Throughout the 2012 season, Charlie will play an integral part of Race Engineering testing for our future engine development programs.
